Signature Experience - Doula
I will discuss and create your preferred Birth Plan, using visualization to understand and determine your vision for bringing your baby into the world. I will also address any medical concerns you may have, ensuring that you feel supported by your birth doula throughout the process. Additionally, I will conduct a health and dietary assessment, providing suggestions that align with your needs, including resources on breastfeeding support and lactation consulting to aid in your postpartum recovery.
During our time together, we'll review comfort measures through labor and explore positions for pain management. You'll receive handouts and resources to keep for this exciting birth for both you and your baby, and we'll discuss options like nanny services to assist in your transition to motherhood.

With the arrival of your baby, life has undoubtedly transformed, whether it's your first or third child—each comes with their own unique spirit that we adapt to and nurture. As a birth doula, I am here to provide support in various aspects of your postpartum recovery, including physical, mental, and emotional assistance (it’s a gift of mine). There may be much to process regarding your birth experience, and it would be our pleasure to help you decompress and debrief that moment with you. During this time, it’s essential to focus on your recovery, listen to your body, and show kindness to yourself. Additionally, I offer breastfeeding support and lactation consulting to ensure your feeding journey is a smooth one.

As a birth doula offering breastfeeding support and lactation consulting, I am here to help. During your personalized Nourish Session, we will gently explore positioning, comfort, feeding cues, and practical techniques within my scope of practice. My aim is to build your confidence while supporting your goals, whether that includes postpartum recovery or even enlisting services like a nanny service to ease your transition.

Let's chat to discuss how I can tailor my services, including nanny service and breastfeeding support, to meet your specific needs and create a positive and enriching experience for your family. As a responsible, reliable, and trustworthy woman, I will ensure the safety and well-being of your little one(s) while promoting an engaging environment that encourages your child(ren) to explore and develop through age-appropriate indoor and outdoor activities. In addition, I offer postpartum recovery support and lactation consulting to assist new mothers. I am also open to short-term travel if necessary.
