Joyful Journey Manifesto

There are moments in life that transform us forever. 

Over the years, my journey has taken me through extraordinary experiences—from a career in performing arts to adventures around the world, to motherhood, profound loss, rebuilding, and discovering the many ways love can shape a life. Each chapter taught me something different....  

To stay calm when life is uncertain.  

To trust intuition.  

To embrace adaptability when plans change.  

To meet people with curiosity rather than judgment.  

To understand that every person carries a story we don't always see.  

Those experiences didn't just shape who I became; they shaped how I care for others, especially in my role as a birth doula. My focus is on providing comprehensive birth support—it's not about taking over your birth, but walking beside you, creating a space where you feel safe, deeply supported, and completely seen.  

I aim to bring a grounded presence when emotions feel overwhelming, a joyful heart when celebration fills the room, and exceptional care through every detail of your journey, including essential prenatal education. Birth is far more than welcoming a baby.  

It marks the beginning of a new family, a new identity, and the most extraordinary transition. It is an honor to be invited into that space.
